Energy Yoga is the slowest and most intuitive of all the yoga classes offered. It is often called a moving meditation. Most of the class will be taught in a reclined position on their back. Clients will be taught how to lengthen their breath and find a fluid rhythm, as they slowly and subtly move their body. This class will teach clients how to bring awareness to the present moment and how to check in on how they feel.
This Yoga Package consists of 6 classes beginning on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 until Wednesday, October 21st, 2020.
