Guided Meditation

Beginner’s 4 week meditation session. The beginner meditation classes teach the basics of meditation along with the importance of the practice, this includes personalized tips and tools on how to meditate. Angelika teaches numerous techniques for her students to experiment with, followed by a question and answer period.

This Meditation Package consists of 4 classes beginning on September 30, 2020 and ending on Wednesday, October 31st, 2020.
