Vinyasa flow is a physically active practice of yoga that links the breath to the movement in a constant flow. If you have a difficult time being still and are looking to strengthen your body and increase your flexibility, this is an excellent practice to help you to start going inwards. This is the most physical practice that we offer. Modifications are offered if the physical practice is too intense.
This Yoga Package consist of 6 weeks beginning on Monday, September 14th, 2020 and ending on Monday, October 19th, 2020.
